Will Forms

We are providing you with a choice of over 40 different Will Forms designed to meet a variety of individual, personal situations including married, widowed, single and divorced, and same sex and common law relationships and a "Living Will" Form. Spouses and partners should select matching Forms. The Wills are listed below for your selection. Each Form comes with Important Information and easy to follow Instructions. Please be sure to read these Instructions before you start filling in your Will Form.

While our forms cover an array of different situations, there are scenarios where a will form is not appropriate and the advice of a lawyer or a notary public should be sought for the preparation of your Will. Some examples of scenarios when you should seek such advice include:

• you have been married more than once and you have a spouse and children from a previous marriage or marriages;
• you want to exclude or reduce the share of a spouse or any child, regardless of his or her age;
• you are separated or considering divorce;
• you have a beneficiary who is disabled and receiving government benefits;
• you are an older person, if there is any question about your mental capacity, or if there is a possibility that you are being unduly influenced by a potential beneficiary or beneficiaries; or
• you have a large and/or complex estate.
